You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using SWORW, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter these Terms.

You may join our waitlist with accurate contact information. When accounts become available, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post illegal, abusive, or deceptive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services
• Use SWORW for spam, fraud, or unauthorized commercial use
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected abuse, or risk to users or the platform.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SWORW a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license and that your content does not violate law or these Terms.

SWORW may offer AI-assisted matching, search, coaching, and suggestions. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for how you use suggestions and for your interactions with others. Do not rely on AI features as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Connection features are designed for meaningful interaction. Exercise judgment when meeting people online or offline. SWORW does not conduct full background checks on users. Report safety concerns to us promptly.

The Services, including branding, design, software, and content we provide, are owned by SWORW or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWORW AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SWORW and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue the Services or terminate access at our discretion, including for waitlist or beta access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protections.
